face to face interview, test on industry knowledge, digital ad knowledge... interviewer are nice, ask about how much you know regarding the job position. providing different scenario on optimization. not a very difficult one. they prefer people with agency background as this role require communication with agency quite often
I had 4 rounds and the interviews were all very pleasant. Some skill based some more on a personal level looking at my personality. Overall, great people and great experience.

Friendly and you get a good feel for what the company is about, however the process is fairly long and they are a bit 'too' positive with feedback so it feels a bit forced. Would prefer constructive feedback also

Very conversational interview. The team values experience and willingness to learn. There were multiple interviewers which took about a half a day. You speak with multiple managers and team members from various teams.
