Interviews are conducted professionally and done by two or three individuals just to make certain that you are a good fit. Aside from your work experience, your ability to fit in the manufacturing environment and getting along with people and management is of utmost importance.

Question 1
Questions are asked of the candidates based on work experience and position(s) applied for. If you are a line worker or a tester, you are required to have certain skills. Assemblers are trained on the job and so are the Testers. Basic knowledge of electronics is required for the testers and assemblers are required to have basic knowledge of tools.
