Found the position via Lucas group ( a military placement agency) for a production supervisor for there BioLab company. 1st interview was a two panel interview getting to know the candidate and information about the company a week later 2nd interview consisted of site visit with the production manager, and 2 interviews with HR and Site Plant Manager. offer was extended later that week. Basic Star Questions provide lots of constructive examples pretty easy interview process. Starting salary was great no need to negotiate.

2 minutes interview. HR Manager was late. I sat in reception for 15 minutes. after 2 minutes in her office, the interview was over. I was given the job, as i was driving off in the car park, no background check nothing. i turn it down, not for me
