The recruitment process was quite long and demanding, lasting several months. I went through more than three or four interviews with different stakeholders, including HR and technical managers. While the interviews themselves were interesting and well organized, the overall process felt slow, with long waiting times between each stage. In addition, there was limited support regarding the geographical relocation process, which could have been handled more proactively. Overall, the experience was positive from a professional perspective, but the timeline and relocation support could definitely be improved.
