Meet with Personnel Manager and Supervisor of design. Show a presentation and portfolio. Go over resume. Explain past jobs. Talk about strengths and weaknesses. Answer question on accomplishments and experiences. Go over some personal information.
Submitted my resume via their website. I had a couple of interviews which included one with the Design Director and Senior Designer. I had a portfolio review with the Senior Designer a Designer from the department I was applying for. Also had another interview with the director of product development. I think they wanted to confirm if I could do want I was saying I could do.

Interview
The interview was efficient. I brought in my portfolio and reviewed with the head of design. She Ike's it but because the role I was applying for was so different from what I had they asked for a project. I came back a week later with a project.
