The lead up to the interview was fast and efficient from the internal recruitment team. However the first interview was conducted by someone who was not in the industry the role was for, they didn't face the camera, were very standoffish and ultimately made me not want to join the company.

Interview
It was positive. Friendly and very helpful hiring managers and talent acquisition partners. The process was initiated with a phone call with the talent acquisition partner, followed by 2 stages of interviews with another product consultant in the 1st round and two head of product in the 2nd stage. A pre-work presentation will be a part of the 2nd stage interview. They asked a mix of standard competency, behavioural and best practice questions.
Initial phone screening with recruitment, followed by a hiring manager video call. Take home exercise to prepare a presentation, then delivered it to the head of department. Unexpected final video call with peers.
