I arrived on time and was wearing business formal clothing. My interviewer was very nice and explained the initial steps at length which are the practical aspects of the job. The training which is almost two weeks long, the incentives and the compensation were explained elaborately. There was enough information shared for the applicant to consider the job seriously and was told that there would be a second interview.
