Next up was a phone call where i was sent an unordered presentation and datapoints, given half an hour to faimliarize myself with it, and then had a half hour conversation with a senior analyst describing the project and my solutions. Final round was on site, three interviews with each of the three teams. A lot of behavioral and situational question regarding the general retail business, and a very quick and easy analytical question and a market sizing question. Lastly, one presentation to a few consultant - deck is given to you and you had 15 minutes to arrange it and prepare the presentation.
