I got my first contact by phone and It was asked me to do an assignment using their stack on NodeJS. I was currently an expat, so the next step has been made on Skype with their CTO and the HR. It ended with a pretty good feeling and we planned to meet each other in Paris to talk about the assignment and see if there is a fit. The day after I got a call from the HR saying I got the contract.
