Interview
Two interviews plus skill tests specific to the position. The first interview was by three people in the research group (including the boss, another postdoc and a staistician) and the second was by the boss only. Both were by distance.
First introduced myself and my background, then the lab introduced themselves. We asked each other questions. I also got to visit the lab and facilities afterwards. Results reached within a week.

Interview
One Skype meeting. We talked about the position and requirement as well as my skills. I presented myself and my PhD project. We discussed about the projects and how I can work on these projects.
