The interview process was fast. I applied online. I was called by someone in corporate and asked to show up at thier corporate building in Ellenwood about an hour away from my home. There I was given my new hire packet and filled out all my required government paperwork. Up until this point I hadn't met with my store manager but was technically hired by the company. I was told to report to my store and tell my manager I was to start Monday. It turns out my manager was on vacation and I was given an interview by one of the sales guys, not even the assistant manager. Again, I was already hired by HR but had not had my interview with the manager. It was the most bizarre process.
