1 Woche nachdem ich mich online für die Stelle beworben hatte, wurde ich zum Interview-Tag nach Berlin eingeladen. Dieser setzte sich aus 2 Interviewrunden zu je 1h Stunde zusammen, wobei jedes Interview zuerst fragen zum personal fit stellte und danach gemeinsam einen Case bearbeitete.

Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
