I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kearney (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2010
Interview
I had two interviews with this company, back to back each 45 minutes. They consisted of a case and a 'fit' interview. The cases were surprisingly HARD! The interviewer didn't give me a ton of direction and yet he clearly had an answer that he was driving towards. They didn't smile very much either which made it hard to get into the 'fit' conversation. I'm not sure what they're looking for, but I'm kind of glad I didn't get another interview because it was NOT fun to interact with these people.

Question 1
If you had to describe the most complicated analysis you've ever done - which company would it be with and how was it complicated?
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY)
Interview
The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is
