Technical test, cultural fit interview, case study interview all required. Time consuming process - test was at least 2.5 hours, interviews were at least an hour each. HR staff friendly and accommodating - although assessment can be quite critical.

Technical test involved lots of graphical interpretation. Cultural interview was more about personal journey
