Keller Executive Search interview questions

You will go through at least three if not more rounds of interviews only to get ghosted. Applicants put a significant amount of time and energy into preparing and performing assessments and interviews and don't even get the common decency of a response. Got through all rounds of interviews and was told I would receive feedback after a week. I didn't hear back so followed up several times over the course of a month just to accept the fact that I'd been ghosted. Treat your applicants with more respect.
