Pretty simple. They hire on the spot. Just go in there with a positive attitude and you'll for sure get the job they hire almost anyone. My advice would be to never work here though.

My honest opinion is just to be your normal self. When you engage with the manager and they get to see you for who you are it makes the interview process feel like a breeze and very unforced.
