I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kennedy Capital
Interview
1. Face to face interview with current interns and supervisor
2. Excel quiz on basic financial concepts on a computer
Very casual interview, asked pretty standard questions, and questions on some basic financial concepts.
The interview process at Kennedy Capital was straightforward. First you answer prescreening questions. Then they pick people from the responses to the questions. If you are picked, then they invite you to interview. For the interview, you go through one interview with interns and full time employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kennedy Capital (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was very laid back and informal. One interviewer came in for about 20 minutes and asked about my resume and past experience. Then two current senior interns came in and asked more questions about job related skills to determine if I was a good fit for the type of work. Again very relaxed. Afterwards, took a computerized test of knowledge on the company, case example, financial statements, and finally a personality test.
