Video Interview: No interaction with the company, all automated and faceless. The initial application was through a third-party website and then a video interview request was made from Kennedys consisting of three questions. Unfortunately, Kennedys never notified anyone if they were rejected.

Video interview with three quick and easy questions on an automated system. Will assume that I was unsuccessful as my follow up emails were never responded to. Not ideal for A-Level students who are in full-time education but it is a taste of the real world.
