Interview
I did two interviews. The first interview was a phone screening where another analyst read off of a piece of paper describing the company for a long time and then read off very unoriginal interview questions. Then I moved forward to a second round which consisted of two interviews, one with a manager and one with an analyst, and then a presentation in front of 3 staff members. The first two interviewers ask a lot of the same fairly routine questions. The presentation was short and they only asked two questions. The culture feels very bro culture and most of the interviewers seemed like they were disinterested. It also did not seem like anyone liked their job there. Overall a very basic interview, nothing special at all and I am shocked there are such amazing reviews for this company. I had much higher expectations.

The interview process was clear and structured. I went through three rounds, which were smooth overall. The interviewers were approachable and professional, making the entire experience positive and comfortable. They got back to me within a week after each round.
