Kerrygold interview questions

An open format style interview at the beginning asking about my background experience and my motivation to join ornua. I was also asked a number of competency style questions such as negotiation, dealing with difficult customer, problem solving.

I had tons of experience but they were hung up on me not having a degree. No initial offer but reached out a couple months later after I had accepted something else.
