Second step is online assessment after that Third step is group discussion after that Next step is interview round.

The interview process included an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview focusing on my projects, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. The final round assessed my communication skills, role suitability, and overall fit for the organization."

Call with recruiter (30 minutes), call with hiring manager and another team member (1 hour). Heard back for a final decision a month later. The whole process took about 1.5 months

the follow-ups were not in a timely manner and had me waiting to hear back. This got in the way of many other opportunities. Better communication would have helped a lot.
