Kin Insurance Principal Software Engineer interview questions

Was given a take home interview challenge that they promised to review within 2 days. The challenge was easy, and my solution satisfied all criteria, even adding tests. Within 4 days I heard no answer so I followed up. After some more delays on their end they claimed to have reviewed it and decided not to move forward. However, I'm no stranger to git and I can see that the solution was never even opened by them. I know the market is currently saturated with developers but this apathy for my time/effort and dishonest response on their end left a bad taste in my mouth.
