Interview
Overall, the interview process wasn't too difficult. It's what I would expect. There was a drug screening and background check, but that is to be expected when working with children.

They ask a few scenarios about dealing with difficult children. I was taken to see one of the classrooms in action.
Got an email from indeed after applying for the position. I had an 1 hour interview with director.

How do you tackle conflicts in classroom between children?
It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.
