I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers in Dec 2011
Interview
Responded to an advertisement via email with the District Manager. Met with the District Manager, had an offer two days later in my email. A majority of the interview process was spent filling out paperwork, waiting for background checks and waiting for the company to catch up with their own paperwork.
Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.

Great and thorough questions, made sure to answer any questions you had. Also let me know of any and all benefits they offered. They did express they had many staff coming and going.
Was really easy there was an in person interview then a call back but that was it nothing else. The interview was with the director and assistant director in their office
