Went on site after a telephone interview. Questions were focused on previous experience in childcare. It was a great experience overall. they were very understanding and showed me the whole work site. Answered all my questions very well.

What experience you have in childcare? How many children have you comfortably taken care off? how would you handle a child that is in pain or distress? questions mainly focused on childcare.

Interview
One 30 minute interview over Zoom with a manager of a few centers in the area, then a follow up in person interview with the center director, included working in the classroom for a little bit of time.

The interview process was really great, it felt not full of stakes. They also talk to you in a friendly way making you feel no stressed throughout the interview process.
