I applied online and following up with my application I was invited to a job fair at one of the locations. I attended the interview in which three different people interviewed me. Overall, the interview was not tough.

How would you express to a parent that their child was having behavioral difficulties?
The interview process was quick, and they were very kind and open to listening to my ideas. I arrived, and they were ready on time for me. The process afterwards was nice as well; they had me observe classrooms to see which I enjoyed most.

You will meet the director of the center, be ready to discuss your educational background, certifications (like CPR, First Aid, or a CDA - Child Development Associate credential), and any relevant experience.
