I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
This process was not bad. They ask you some questions to see if you are a good fit to the company. They want to see if you can handle yourself in stressful situations while keeping clam and keeping everyone safe. I had the interview with the center director and she took me into a classroom so I can get a feel of how a day at the center would be like.
