Talking about qualifications and tour was typical. Interviewer kept it personal and got to know the potential applicant. It was quick and to the point. Could’ve used more information regarding the position expectations.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
Asked general questions about prior experience working with kids and teaching, (ie. what age groups, how long?) and asked what type of a teacher you are, what would your daily routine be?
