First they will email you the time and date for an interview, unfortunately covid was around this time so I had a phone call interview instead of in person. The phone call interview was quick and easy. Some of the questions were difficult but they were very patient with me when answering.
Got an email from indeed after applying for the position. I had an 1 hour interview with director.

How do you tackle conflicts in classroom between children?
It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.
