Walked in and asked if they were hiring, scheduled an interview, offered the job. It was not a long interview process.The director was very nice in the whole process, made sure a lot of my time was not taken up. Was hired and trained within that month.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
Asked general questions about prior experience working with kids and teaching, (ie. what age groups, how long?) and asked what type of a teacher you are, what would your daily routine be?
