Pretty easy. First interview with director or assistant then they call back for follow ups. The process is about 2-3 weeks depending on experience and class. Very few questions & very informative

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer
