One on one interview with director on site, received a tour of the facility, felt encouraged to ask questions and was a relaxed atmosphere. Got a good sense of the culture/climate of the building by being there around lunchtime.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
