Interview
Wanted to know about previous experience and schedule availability. Pretty easy because they seemed desperate for teachers. They asked if I had the required certifications for the job like child care basics, CPR, tb test, that kind of thing.
Got an email from indeed after applying for the position. I had an 1 hour interview with director.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

Interview
I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
