they talked the entire time and barely asked me anything. they asked about education but mostly didn't ask me any questions. It was quite long as well. I got a tour and the staff seemed nice. I just felt it was not a good vibe fit for me or my child to attend.

The assistant interview was very straight forward. got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Overall the interview lasted less than an hour and they gave me a tour of the building the same day.
Interview was very easy. Got a response back within days. Initial interview by a hiring manager then interview with center director, got hired the same day. Took about two weeks.

long, multiple times coming in. Often working during those times alone, learning certain things and asking questions. Sometimes staying a whole day working with another teacher. Often floated around difrerent rooms to get a gauge of what the center was like
