Interview
Very easy but yet very intimidating. Meeting with the director and the assistant director, they answer all and any questions you have and take you on a tour of the center. If they like you, they tell you on the spot. They called all of my references.

How do you tackle conflicts in classroom between children?
It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer
