Kite pharma interview process was conducted using a panel interview. The whole process took about one hour and everyone I met with was nice and respectful. The style of the interview was relaxed and casual. Company felt family like.
Enthusiasm and agreement to all of their terms will get your far. Negotiation does not exist. You are at their mercy since they bring on so many contractors that they rarely make full-time.

Applied through a contracting agency, had an interview with two team leads who asked general interview questions and questions about GMP and got an offer quite soon after. Was a pleasant experience.

I was referred to the position through a friend who already worked at the company. The first contact with the HR was via email, to schedule a phone call within the next couple of days. After the phone call, I was contacted by the recruiter with the decision via email.
