Pretty standard process, from recruiter call to accepting the offer took 1 month.
1. Recruiter call
2. Codesignal OA 4 stages, not expected to complete all. I ended up almost completing 3 stages
3. Hiring manager interview - talk about a project/some behavioral (Tell me about a time...)
4. Virtual on-site 3 rounds, I split them over 2 days. 2 coding via codesignal (fix bad code, navigating bad documentation and adding a feature to existing app), and the last is dependent on your level. Not necessary for L2, but I believe it's a system design for Seniors, ended up doing the system design and was pretty fun (improve an existing system)
5. If you pass they fly you out to meet the team
6. Offer
They give you a lot of prep material via a candidate portal, and I just piped that into and LLM to make me a study guide/exercises. Recruiter was super helpful, they are there to help so work with them! Interviews were easier than what I practiced so that gave me a lot of confidence.
If you are a webdev worth your salt it should be pretty easy. Best tip is to go in with a game plan and drive the interview, bring some good energy, crack a joke or two (within reason).
Overall good experience, very respectful and responsive.
