I applied for the position and the next day, I obtained an email to conduct my first phone screen. I replied and set/confirmed a date/time and didn't receive a call from the recruiter that day. The next day, the recruiter reached out and apologize and said that any time would work. So, I chose an afternoon time that day. Again, no response or call. The recruiter reached out for the third time with the same excuse and I was done with the disrespect and removed myself from the interview process. This company needs to hold people accountable because being ghosted from reading past reviews seems to be common practice. This looks like the company brand.
