3 phone calls initially, one of them tech. Then a online tech assessment. Then 6 straight interviews with two people in each one. Overall, it was a massive waste of time. During the 6 straight interviews, got to meet a bunch of people that had either no idea who I was or what I was there for. Having this many rounds is a massive red flag and I should have trusted my instinct.
