Ghosted. After two interviews, I didn't even get any notification that I was not moving forward. It is okay not to move forward with candidates, please make sure you let people know. I sent thank you notes and a few emails to the recruiter asking if there was any update. Zero response, I didn't even get a generic sorry email. Super unprofessional
