This was just an HR screening interview. IT was an easy and straightforward interview as all pre-screening interviews are. Standard questions were asked by the interviewer, questions mainly about my background and skills and experience. I moved to the next round, which is still to happen.
The interview process included three rounds and moved quickly while still allowing time for meaningful conversations. It felt personable, well-organized, and genuinely aligned with the company’s culture, values, and overall mission, creating a positive and authentic experience throughout.

It was very quick, submitted my resume and got an interview straight after. Prior to Covid-19, I went to their office and was interviewed by the team. The interviews are a lot less formal in comparison to other jobs. The teams are friendly, laid back, and easy to speak to.
