I just want to put out my interview experience with Klick, so you know how it works. Started by HR reaching on LinkedIn. Phone Call 1 : HR screening and Introductory Chat on Aug 15, 2022. Video Call 1 : Engineering team video technical assessment interview on Aug 17, 2022 Coding Assesment : Coding Assesment link was sent, and they were considerate of me saying I needed extra time to finish the coding challenge around 1st Sept 2022. Video Call 2: Technical Interview with Director and Architect on September 6th, 2022. Sent a nudge on September 8th 2022 for feedback was told that the feedback was positive how ever they are still Interviewing for this round and will reach out when desicion is made next week. Been patient, sent another nudge on September 21st, 2022 for feedback and was told that they are moving with another candidate. I get that someone may be better eleigible for role, but unless I reached for feedback, I was kept waiting, If I dint reach them, they might left me hanging. I'm glad that I was not offered a position here, because more than work, benefits, roles, working in a great environment with good work ethics and having diligent work environment is more important to me. I'm just posting this, so people can expect they are very delayed and not so great in the interview process
