The interview process for the project manager role was structured and thorough. It started with a screening call, followed by two rounds focused on project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum, as they seem to heavily rely on those. They also evaluated my ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with technical stakeholders. I appreciated how transparent they were about the expectations of the role though the overall process did feel a bit lengthy with multiple rounds. The experience gave me a clear sense of the company's organized approach and the kind of work I’ll be doing.
