Interview
I found the selection process to be structured and focused on leadership as much as technical proficiency. The initial interview round covered my experience with software architecture, cloud services, and coding best practices. There were specific questions about designing scalable systems, which gave me insight into the kind of projects they are working on. The next round was more strategic, focusing on my ability to lead development teams, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines. They wanted to make sure I could mentor a team while also being hands-on with the codebase.

Interview
The hiring process at Knight Fintech was a good learning experience for me. It started with a skill assessment that included short and precise questions. After clearing that I had an interview with the manager where I was asked about my expertise with accounting software like Tally and SAP, as well as my comfort with handling reconciliations and invoices. I appreciated how transparent they were about the role and responsibilities. The whole process was smooth, and the environment felt quite supportive.

Interview
After applying on the company website, my journey began with a phone screening, where they asked about my past experiences. Following this was the technical round which was face-to-face and quite detailed. The interviewers wanted to understand my experience with investment portfolios, products and how I handle market volatility. In the HR round, they asked more about my long-term career goals and job expectations. Overall, it felt professional, and the questions were very role-specific.
