It took about 10 days for first contact from the HR department, to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well, discussed the basic credentials, and company culture. Said i should hear from hiring manager with a yes or no within 3-5 business days. Shortly over 2 weeks later they called to setup the second interview. The second interview went great, it felt as though both myself and the company were trying to sell themselves to each other. Recieved a tour of the plant before and more in depth afterwards. They said they should be in touch with a yes or a no, within 3-5 business days. I waited a few days over a week after the deadline before making any contact. Just to see if there was a possibility of an updated timeline. 2 days later i recieved a message from HR saying that management was very interested, but my skills are not a fit for any of their open positions at this time. Now, if into their career profile, it has deleted all job openings from my view. And they closed all my pending applications. Except for the one i put in for a coop engineer position. It was a pleasant endeavor overall, just a lot of unkept deadlines on their end, be patient.
