A recruited baited saying that I have the exact experience they are looking for. I was asked to complete a questionnaire with "thorough" answers. After sending this thorough summary, they never confirmed whether I am still being considered or not. This after an email and call. Explains a lot about this company's values and the culture. Advice: Be decent enough to reply to applicants , especially after making them to put time into your interviewing process.
