First interview was on the phone with straightforward questions about my resume. A few months later I got asked to take part in a Microsoft Teams interview due to COVID. It was me and three employees who I would work alongside with. This interview was more behavioral and featured questions more about my experiences working in teams, interest in HR, leadership style, etc. Very welcoming and I felt comfortable in both interviews.
