There was a tiered interview process where I met with an HR person for an overview, then a group interview with the direct team and finally an interview with the department head.

Interview
Generally two interviews to accommodate schedules. First with immediate team and second including upper level management teams. They have pretty general questions and are listening for applicable skills, but personality and team fit are very important.

Totally 2 rounds of Interview happened, one is technical round and another is HR Round,
Technical round was conducted by Department head and the questions were to access your Technical knowledge related to the Job Profile. Also there are basis questions on the Manufacturing Process., Overall it went around 45 minutes
After that HR round happened, they gone through my past experience and reasons for Job and General questions on me.
