Konare law interview questions

Unorganized, i was only asked about 3 questions…after that I was told Nivea would follow up with me in 48 hours, this was 3 weeks ago…I called atleast 3x a week & everytime I called I was told she was in a meeting or she emailed me & to check my spam folder. Very unprofessional, very unorganized.

I was interviewed two times, once by HR, once by manager! They asked me to provide the reference list and I had to ask each my references to provide them with the feedback. This happened before the second interview! Normally, the Reference list is asked after the last step of interview! I think the interview process was good, but they did not seem to be serious about the process and i was rejected with no reason! The job description never matched with the interview questions and they expect to hire someone with the lowest salary, and highest possible leadership qualifications.
