First call was a general interview with one of the directors. Second call was with the department manager with more in depth questions about resume as well as situational questions for the open position

What would you do in a given situation when a supplier is not able to meet their promised delivery date on materials.
Were very prepared, asked about history and potential future. In the end, it wasn't a good fit, but their onboarding and training were really good. How is this not yet thirty words?
